Torture by causing heavy sweating

Heavy sweating it is causing dehydration and loss of minerals, loss of blood volume which is like blood sucking (blood consists mostly of water). Internal organs get badly damaged by chronic dehydration.
For elderly, this is a death hazard, because they usually have blood coagulation issues. Dehydration can cause severe risk due to disruption of blood flow, including inflammation of chronic diseases, risk for heart attack and  stroke.
For all ages, there is danger of minerals loss, because the nerve system will not transmit signals from brain to hands and legs, the ability to move will be affected, sensation of illness, the body will stop functioning. While on extreme dehydration death hazard.

This is very tough torture, because dehydration and loss of minerals on daily basis making the victim very difficult to recover. Most likely this device is based on micro waves, works on high frequency and heating up victim’s skin, causing overheat – this device is adaptation for civil covert use of a military weapon which was designed to be used for electronic devices disruption and tortures.
In our case, during tortures it had following side effects: it is disrupting electronic devices around, like cameras which are recording evidence. Yesterday the date was reset on one of our cameras when this sort of torture was used against my mother.
